2. Will I get a favorable reference from our Landlord? (looking for a yes)
3. Do you make 3 times the amount of rent in one month? (looking for a yes)
4. Do you have any recent judgments or bankruptcy's on your credit report? (looking for a no)
5. Do you have one of the following dogs: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Persia Canario, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Wolf Hybrid (looking for a no)

(If you did not have an answer we are looking for, with the exception of the #5, we can take special circumstances into consideration, such as: medical bills, student loans...)

Anyone over the age of 18 living in the property will have to fill out an application. There is a $50 application fee for each adult.
